Adam is a natural entrepreneur and owns and runs several companies including the AI Group. He is the founder and current Chief Executive of PT Academy. Specialising in fitness and personal training courses, PT Academy is the largest fitness education companies in the UK. Having partnered with several gym chains, PT Academy has the largest coverage in the UK with the highest number of assessment centres and mentors. 

Adam regularly presents at fitness exhibitions and business conventions both in the UK and internationally. He has appeared on the front cover and written articles for several well known health and fitness magazines. 

Having appeared in numerous films and TV shows, Adam is also an accomplished actor and a registered British Stunt Register trainee.

In addition, Adam is also an award winning Director, having won the Institute of Directors award in both 2018 and 2021 for Innovation. He is now an ambassador for the Institute of Directors.
